In view of BSP Circular 1112 (or the “Amendments to Operational Risk Management and Internal Control Measures”) mandating banks to inform its clients and the general public the designation of the signing officers/approvers for bank certifications, please be guided of the following:

Loan Accounts
  • Unit Head
  • Department Head
Treasury, Trade and Remittance
  
Any two (2) signatories:

Trust and Investment Services
  
Any two (2) signatories:
  • Trust Officer
  • Trust Support Unit Head
  • Investment Consultant
