Updates on CTBC's Banking Services Schedule

Due to the reported surge in the number of COVID-19 cases in the country, all our branches shall be open to serve you, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, starting March 24, 2021, until further notice.

Check clearing cut-off time is 3:00 PM.

While all our branches are open and our ATMs are available for your utilization, we continue to encourage you to do your essential banking transactions via our NetBanking facilities (internet and mobile app) and BancNet Online from the safety of your homes.
