OTP Generation for Retail Banking Transactions


Please be advised that the delivery of One-Time Password (OTP) is temporarily unavailable for the following Retail NetBanking transactions:

Concerned clients may call their branch of account to register in Retail NetBanking, while for One-Time transactions, clients may enroll the billers/counterparties and/or transact via our CTBC Bank PH mobile app and use their nominated Transaction Password.

We will provide an update as soon as the OTP delivery service is restored.
