Update on the Implementation of New
Check Design Standards

Pursuant to PCHC’s Memo Circular No. 3805 on the implementation of new check design standards effective May 1, 2024, please be advised that old format checks may still be acceptable for presentation by the Payee directly to the Drawee Bank for payment/s beyond the abovementioned date, either by way of:

check encashment via over-the-counter; or,
check deposit to the Payee’s Drawee Bank maintaining account

For reference, hereunder is the image of the old check design:

Nonetheless, please contact your CTBC Bank branch of account should you need to request for new checks.
