Discontinuance of BancNet Online Facility
In view of BancNet’s direction to discontinue its online facility, please be advised that starting July 1, 2024, BancNet Online will no longer be available.
To continue performing your banking transactions (i.e. balance inquiry, bills payment, fund transfer, among others), you may transact via ATMs using your CTBC Bank Visa Debit and Cash Card.
You may also use/sign-up in our Retail NetBanking by visiting our website: https://www.ctbcbank.com.ph, go to Sign on to and click Retail. For more convenience, download the CTBC Bank PH Mobile App in App Store or Google Play.
For National Single Window (NSW) transactions, you may go directly to the corresponding government agency’s branches/offices to settle your payments.
