As we gradually migrate to our new core banking system, please be informed that our branch banking hours and services will temporarily be interrupted, as follows:

Friday, June 14, 2024:

All our branches will have shortened banking hours from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM to 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, while the cut-off schedules of transactions/services are as follows:

  • • Use of CTBC Bank Visa Debit and Cash Card in all ATMs,     BancNet and Visa Online transactions, Point-of-Sale, BIR     eFPS, eGov (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and National     Single Window (NSW)
  • • Retail and Corporate NetBanking (web interface and mobile     app)

Our services and systems will be accessible on June 17, 2024 at 8:00 AM, while our regular branch banking hours will resume on June 18, 2024, as June 17, 2024 was declared a regular holiday in observance of Eid’l Adha. We encourage you to conduct your banking transactions ahead of these schedules.
