Scheduled System Maintenance

Please be informed that we will be conducting scheduled system maintenance on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 from 9:00 PM until 6:00 AM of the following day, resulting to the temporary unavailability of the following services:

• CTBC Bank ATMs
• Use of CTBC Bank Visa Debit / Cash Cards in all ATMs, Visa Online, Point-of-Sale, BIR eFPS, eGov (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
• Retail NetBanking (web interface and mobile banking app)
• InstaPay (receiving only)
• Bills Payment (Corporate NetBanking)
• BancNet Inter-bank Fund Transfer (Corporate NetBanking)

Furthermore, InstaPay (sending only) will be temporarily unavailable on Thursday, January 23, 2025 from 11:30 PM to 2:00 AM due to BancNet’s Mastercard Certificate renewal activity.
