Update on Loan-Related Certificate Requests

Please be advised that beginning October 1, 2022, the Bank shall be collecting fees for the issuance of the following documents:

DOCUMENT	COST PER COPY
Certificate of Full Payment	PhP 200.00
Certificate of Interest Payments	PhP 200.00
Re-issuance of Mortgage Cancellation	PhP 500.00

Request for any of these documents may be coursed through your respective CTBC Bank Loan Account Officer, any of our branches, or through our Customer Care Unit. Document/s will be released either in soft or hard copy (depending on client’s preference) in five (5) banking days upon receipt of payment.
