Brief Description

This is granted to an importer in order to facilitate the release of the goods purchased when financial resources are not immediately available to settle the import obligation. The importer is allowed the use of the merchandise for its business activities while the Bank retains ownership of the same while receiving the proceeds from the sale of the goods.
