The Retail NetBanking is a secured web interface and mobile banking application that is designed to provide the Bank’s retail clients more convenience to access their CTBC Bank accounts and perform banking transactions anytime, anywhere.
Features
With Retail NetBanking’s responsive interface, user-friendly features, and timely notifications, it allows the retail clients to:
- Easily access the application as it is available via web interface or may download the CTBC Bank PH Mobile App in App Store or Google Play
- Perform faster online banking transactions and service requests such as but not limited to:
- Balance Inquiry
- Fund Transfer to own account, to another person’s CTBC Bank Philippines’ account/s, or via InstaPay)
- Bills Payment
- Creation of QR code for easier sending and receiving of funds
- Enroll/Save Payees and Billers
- Schedule Fund Transfer and Bills Payment transactions
- View Deposit Account Summary either by account type or currency
- View Time Deposit Account Summary
- View Deposit Account Transaction History
