Brief Description

CTBC Bank Salary Stretch Loan for individuals is a short-term or mid-term multi-purpose unsecured loan for salaried and self-employed segments.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be between 23 and 65 years old* upon loan maturity
  • With a minimum gross monthly income of PhP15,000 for Bankers and PhP20,000 for Non-Bankers and working within the Bank’s serviceable area
  • Must have at least six (6) months work tenure with current employer or a total of two (2) years working experience, including work on a regular / permanent status
  • With office and home landline and/or mobile number
  • Must be a Filipino citizen

Note: Qualifications may vary subject to the Bank's terms and policies.

*If verified retirement age of company is 60 years old. Borrowers more than 60 years old (but not more than 65 years old) upon loan maturity must submit a Credit Life Insurance.

  • Must have at least one (1) year work tenure with current company or a total of two (2) years employed in the call center industry
  • With office and home landline and/or mobile number
  • Must be a Filipino citizen

*If verified retirement age of company is 60 years old. Borrowers more than 60 years old (but not more than 65 years old) upon loan maturity must submit a Credit Life Insurance.

  • Must be between 25 and 65 years old* upon loan maturity
  • With a minimum gross monthly income of PhP20,000 and working within the Bank’s serviceable area
  • Have a business registered in existence of operation for at least three (3) years for Service Industries or five (5) years for Trading and other industries
  • With office and home landline and/or mobile number
  • Must be a credit cardholder
  • Must be a Filipino citizen

*If verified retirement age of company is 60 years old. Borrowers more than 60 years old (but not more than 65 years old) upon loan maturity must submit a Credit Life Insurance.

  • Must be between 25 and 65 years old* upon loan maturity
  • With minimum gross monthly income of PhP25,000.00 and working within the Bank's serviceable area
  • Employed with the current employer for at least two (2) years on a regular/permanent status
  • Have a hospital landline and residence landline or mobile number
  • Must be a Filipino citizen

  • Must be between 25 and 65 years old* upon loan maturity
  • With minimum gross monthly income of PhP25,000.00 and working within the Bank's serviceable area
  • Must be a registered doctor/dentist for at least three (3) years based on Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) ID
  • Have a clinic and residence landline or mobile number (for clinic-based doctors/dentists)
  • Must have a residence landline and mobile number (for consultants)
  • Must be a Filipino citizen

Requirements

  • Completely filled out application form
  • Photocopy of ID issued by the employer (with photo and signature)
  • Photocopy of latest ITR / BIR Form 2316 (optional)
  • Photocopy of one (1) month latest payslip
  • Photocopy of Proof of Billing under current address
  • Photocopy of one (1) valid government-issued ID (with photo and signature)
  • Signed Data Privacy Notice and Consent Form

Notes:

  • Original copies of the documents will be required prior to loan release. Moreover, documents other than those mentioned above may also be required to be submitted.
  • No separate loan processing fee, and/or other fees, will be collected by the Bank, its employees, or any of its representative upon application, but a handling fee will be charged against the borrower to be automatically deducted from the loan proceeds.
  • Completely filled out application form
  • Photocopy of two (2) government-issued IDs (with photo and signature)
  • Photocopy of unexpired Certificate of Registration from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)
  • Any of the following Proof of Income:
    • Bank Certificate* of at least six (6) months ADB
    • Latest six (6) months bank statements*
    • Audited Financial Statements (optional)
    • BIR Form 1701 / 1702 (optional)
  • Photocopy of latest two (2) months credit card statements
  • Photocopy of the face of credit card
  • Proof of Billing under current address
  • List of three (3) suppliers and three (3) customers
  • Signed Data Privacy Notice and Consent Form

*With letter of authority to conduct bank checking.

Your approved salary loan will be released via the CTBC Bank Visa Cash Card. You may also opt for other forms of loan disbursement:

UnionBank Branches

  • Fill out the Bills Payment Form with your name, either your 12-digit loan account number, CTBC Bank Visa Cash Card Number or CASA Account Number, and the amount to be paid.
  • Present the Bills Payment Form and payment to the teller and wait for validation.
  • Keep a copy of your receipt for record purposes.

  • Insert your BancNet ATM card and enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN).
  • Select your Account Type (Savings or Checking).
  • Select 'Bills Payment', then choose 'Loans'.
  • From the selection menu, select 'CTBC Bank Salary Stretch' as the biller/institution.
  • Key-in your 16-digit CTBC Bank Visa Cash Card Number and the loan amount to be paid.
  • Keep a copy of the receipt for record purposes.

via Online Banking (for CTBC Bank Visa Cash Card holders only)

  • Go to www.bancnetonline.com and select your bank of account.
  • Click 'I Agree' in the Terms and Conditions.
  • Select 'Payment'.
  • Using the drop down menu, select 'CTBC Bank Salary Stretch' as the biller/institution, then key-in your 16-digit CTBC Bank Visa Cash Card Number in the Account Number field.
  • Enter your BancNet ATM card number, select the Account Type where the payment will be deducted and key-in the loan amount to be paid.
  • Using your mouse, click on the PIN pad and enter your PIN. Then, click 'Submit'.
  • Once you verified that all details are correct, click 'Ok'.
  • Remember to keep your trace number for record purposes.

ECPay-accredited Payment Merchants (e.g. 7-Eleven, Gaisano Grand Malls, LCC, METRO, Ever Supermarket, etc.)

  • Fill out the Bills Payment form* with your Name, Account Reference Number (either your Promissory Note Number, CTBC Bank Cash Card Number or CASA Number), and the amount to be paid.
  • Loan payment is on cash basis only.
  • Keep the copy of the receipt for record purposes.

*In the absence of a Bills Payment form, the Cashier will ask you to provide your loan account details.

Salary Stretch loan payments are also accepted in all CTBC Bank branches nationwide.
