None. You may still use your current User Login credentials to access your Corporate NetBanking account and its functionalities, including the modules you have enrolled/availed.

Once we have migrated to the new core banking system, your new account number/s will be automatically displayed on the Account Summary located in the Dashboard and in the Deposit Accounts list. You may download the transaction statements to view the full account number.

Yes. The new Time Deposit account number/s will be reflected in the Time Deposit Account Summary.

You may still view your account statements ninety (90) days from the time of request date.

No. You may continue to transfer funds/payments to your counterparties’ existing CTBC Bank Account Number/s.

Yes. Your future-dated transactions will not be affected, and these will still be processed on the specified date.

You may continue processing the payroll credits to your employees’ existing CTBC Bank account numbers using the current Payroll Upload template. You may update the employees’ account numbers upon receipt of the new account numbers from the Bank.

No. The CTBC Bank Cash Card numbers (as indicated on the face of the card) remain the same and you may continue processing the Cash Card Reloading using the existing cash card numbers.

Post-Dated Checks (PDCs) currently warehoused with CTBC Bank will be deposited to your new CTBC Bank account number on its maturity date.

None. Transaction cut-off timelines and system’s availability remain the same.

There will be no changes in the Corporate NetBanking transaction fees charged to your nominated account number. For outward interbank transfers, charges will already reflect the breakdown of fees.
